We Will Always Make An Honest Representation Of The Quality And Condition Of All Salvaged Parts So That There Is No Risk Or Unknowns Before Receiving Your Item. It Is Your Responsibility To Be Sure Your Are Ordering The Correct Things. We Urge You To Be Sure Of What Exactly You Need If You Are Purchasing A Salvaged Part. Remanufactured Parts Can Be Returned Within The First 30 Day Of Receiving Them. You Are Responsible For Return Shipping Costs. We Are Responsible For Refunding The Full Costs Of The Item.

 

The Standard 30-day Return Policy For Remanufactured Parts Begins On The Date The Part Is Shipped And Expires 30 Days Afterwards.

Salvaged Parts Will Most Normally Ship In 2-3 Business Days. Remanufactured Parts Will Most Normally Ship The Next Business Day. Tracking Information Will Be Provided To You By Email When Your Item Is In The Hands Of The Shipping Carrier. Our Shipping Methods Include Ups Ground, Fedex Ground, Usps, And Various Freight Carriers For Larger Items. We Will Inform You Of All Shipping Options And Details. Remanufactured Items Most Normally Have A Wider Array Of Shipping Options Such As Expedited Shipping And Overnight. Salvaged Parts May Or May Not Exclusively Be Shipped With Standard Speeds. Again, This Is Case By Case Basis.

Remanufactured Parts More Often Come With Warranty Because They Are Newly Produced. At Nutsandbolts We Want To Give You The Assurance That You’re Getting A Part In Excellent Functioning Condition, So We Make Sure We Only Sell ‘a Grade’ Parts. (‘a Grade Meaning; The Best Functioning, And As Little Wear And Tear As Possible.) Whether Or Not Your Part Comes With An Automatic Warranty, Or One That Can Be Purchased As An Add On Will Always Be Specified To You By One Of Our Personal Parts Specialists. Warranty’s Vary From Part To Part With Regard To Type And Availability. You Always Have A Right To Know! No Part Is Guaranteed To Have A Warranty Or Have One Available For Purchase. Salvaged Part Orders Can Only Be Canceled The Same Day As Purchase. Salvaged Orders Cannot Be Canceled The Following Business Day As They Are All Processed The Day Of. Remanufactured Order Can Be Canceled If The Order Has Not Been Shipped. If The Order Has Been Shipped, We Are Unable To Reverse The Order. Many Remanufactured Orders Can Ship Out The Same Day If Purchased Prior To 2pm Eastern Standard Time. We Will Inform You Of This If Your Purchase Is Eligible. To Ship The Same Day As Order.

By Purchasing You Agree And Understand To The Representation Made. We Will Fully And Honestly Disclose All Details Of The Condition Of The Particular Part To You. We Will Always Specify The Amount Of Milage On An Engine Or A Transmission Before Purchase So That You Can Decide The Best Option For You. If You Request A Part In A Particular Condition Or Milage, We Will Do Our Absolute Best To Honor Your Request, Although We Cannot Guarantee Availability In A Particular Condition.
